Coach Kat is originally from Long Island and started playing lacrosse in middle school. She played through high school, and went on to play four years at American University (D1). She started coaching with Bethesda Lacrosse (Bethesda, MD) part time while she began career in college athletics. She was with the program for almost 6 years in a variety of roles (coach, admin, and program deveopment). She stepped away from the youth coaching game for a while when she relocated to New York for a new career opportunity at Manhattan College. She moved her family to Cornwall in 2021, and accepted a position at Army West Point Athletics (where she currently oversee women's volleyball and women's lacrosse) and shortly thereafter decided it was time to get back to coaching. She started in 2023 with Cornwall Youth Lacrosse coaching her daughter's team and now serves as the Girls' Lacrosse Program Director.
 

As the Head Coach for the Lady Reign 2033/34 (3/4th grade) team, her primary goal is player development where she concentrates on developing basic fundamental skills, game IQ and overall team development. Winning is great but her overall focus is skill improvement. Kat wants the girls to have FUN, learn new and build upon existing skills, and learn how to work with their teammates as a cohesive unit. She creates a family like team dynamic that will ultimately lead to successful players and team
