Ale attended Arlington High School, where she quickly immersed herself in the budding lacrosse program that began at the end of her sophomore year. With an eagerness to learn and make a significant impact, she played as the varsity goalie during both her junior and senior years. Her leadership qualities were recognized as she was selected captain in her senior year, guiding the Lady Admirals to an impressive 11-4-1 record. Ale's goalkeeping earned her national recognition, ranking in the top 7 for save percentage and top 2 in New York State. She achieved 228 saves during her senior year.

Additionally, while attending college at SUNY Delhi (D3), Ale played a season each of soccer and basketball. She attended for 4 years and earned a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts.  Athletics have been a cornerstone of Ale's life, shaping her philosophy and approach to both sports and personal growth. She firmly believes that every time you step on the field, you should strive to be the best version of yourself.
